Most women my age are trying to play it safe. I'm done with safe. At 37, I know exactly what I want and I'm not afraid to go after it – whether that's in six-inch heels or nothing at all. There's a certain power in being a mature woman who's completely comfortable in her own skin.

I've always believed in being direct. No games, no pretending to be someone I'm not. What you see is what you get – a woman with an athletic body I've earned, a confidence that can't be faked, and a hunger that only gets stronger with age.

Some of my favorite ways to spend our time:

• Moving to music until we both forget what we were talking about
• Getting so close you can see everything
• Making you lose control while I stay completely in command

I speak four languages, but honestly? The way our bodies communicate doesn't need words.
